Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority invites sealed bids from registered contractors for a framework contract for the procurement of rental vehicles to support operational services for Punjab WASA. The estimated project cost is Rs. 36,099,000 with a tender value of Rs. 721,980. The contract duration is twelve months and is extensible. This procurement is conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 through National Competitive Bidding via the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. All bidding shall be conducted electronically through the e-PADS portal, with bidding documents available free of cost on the e-PADS and PPRA Punjab websites. Original bid security in the form of a CDR or Order must be submitted in favor of the Director Administration, Punjab WASA.
Bidders must be registered on e-PADS with active NTN and PNTN filings. The bid security required is two percent of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 721,980. Bidders shall submit complete technical and financial proposals as per PPRA tender rules and conditions detailed in the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted through e-PADS and will be opened on June 18, 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives at the notified location. The procurement agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bid documents are available on e-PADS and the PPRA Punjab website at https://procure.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online through e-PADS by 11:00 AM on June 18, 2026. Technical bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 AM.
