Sialkot Material Testing Laboratory (SIMTEL) invites sealed bids for the supply of laboratory machinery, solar power system installation, and renovation of mosque and guard room facilities including civil and electrical works. This comprehensive procurement project (Reference: SIMTEL/2026/File/01) is located in Sialkot, Punjab, and is being conducted as a single stage one envelope tender in line with PPRA Rules 2014. The project encompasses equipment supply, renewable energy system deployment, and structural renovation work to enhance laboratory infrastructure and associated facilities at the SIMTEL premises on Marala Road near Sublime Chowk, Sialkot.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility requirements as stipulated in the PPRA Rules 2014.
