Annual Maintenance and Repair Works for Peshawar Canals Division 2026-27

The Irrigation Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for annual maintenance and repair works across the Peshawar Canals Division during the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement comprises eleven sub-works with a combined estimated cost of Rs. 115.50 Million, including maintenance of electrical and mechanical components of lift irrigation schemes, irrigation works across multiple canal sections including Zakhi, Wazir Garhi, KRC Head and Tail sections, Jue Sheikh Section with minors, Bara Section with Sangu and Sheikhan branches, rehabilitation and clearance of civil kathas off-taking from various rivers and canal systems, and flood control works in Drainage Sub Division covering Head, Shabqadar, and Pabbi sections across Peshawar region.

Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 and above with appropriate specialized codes including CE-04, CE-10, CE-02, ME-05, ME-07, and EE-11 as required for respective works. A bid security of two percent of the estimated cost must be submitted with each bid. All bidders must demonstrate adequate work experience and technical capacity for irrigation and flood control infrastructure in compliance with KP Public Procurement Rules 2014 and PEC Guidelines.
