Description / Scope of Work
Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from manufacturers and importers or sole agents for the supply of laboratory tests on reagent rental basis with placement of fully automated 7-part differential blood CP analyzer for the financial year 2026-27 on a framework contract basis, extendable for a further three years on the same terms and conditions. The contract will be executed on a free delivery to consignee's end basis, with the hospital located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The procurement is funded by the Government of Punjab Health Department through allocated funds under the relevant head of account.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or, in case of imported goods, their sole agents or importers in Pakistan possessing valid authorization from the foreign principal or manufacturer. Bidders must submit proof of valid manufacturing license or registration certificate and memorandum of association or partnership deed registered with the Registrar of Companies in Pakistan. Bidders shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices as declared by the procuring agency or PPRA. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be submitted with the technical offer in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi.
Bidding documents including instructions to bidders, general and special conditions of contract, schedule of requirements, technical specifications, contract form, manufacturer's authorization form, performance guarantee form, bid form and price schedule are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and http://eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic technical and financial proposals must be uploaded through E-PADs by 23 June 2026 at 10:00 am, which is the deadline for submission. The electronic tender will be opened on 23 June 2026 at 10:30 am. Bidders must submit all required documents including valid NADRA national identity card, company profile, acceptance of terms and conditions, minimum three years experience certificate, blacklist affidavit, tax registration certificates, professional tax certificate and authorization letter with free sale certificate for medical devices.
