Description / Scope of Work
The IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company IESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for civil works procurement related to the revamping of the outer look of the Finance Director office located at IESCO Head Office G-7/4 in Islamabad. This is a national-level procurement project planned for FY 2026-27 using Single Stage-One Envelope bidding methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope of work involves renovation and refurbishment of the exterior appearance and finishes of the Finance Director office building to enhance its aesthetic and functional appeal at the headquarters location in Islamabad, Federal.
Eligible bidders must be registered on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and meet specified eligibility criteria set forth in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or alternatively by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents containing comprehensive terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ for all interested and registered bidders. Electronic bids prepared according to e-Bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
