Description / Scope of Work
Public Health Engineering Division-II, Peshawar invites competitive bids through EPADS for sixteen works comprising water supply schemes and drinking water supply infrastructure projects under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The procurement includes solarization of multiple water supply schemes across various union councils including Maryamzai, Sheikh Muhammadi, Sulaiman Khel, Mattani and Achani, as well as civil works for extension and improvement of existing schemes in Gullberg and Nothia Payan. Works range from small-scale solar-based drinking water systems for scattered populations to community-based drinking water supply schemes with multiple installation points, with bid security set at two percent of the Engineer's Estimated Cost.
Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority with active status and shall comply with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. All bids are to be submitted through EPADS portal with original bid security documents submitted physically as call deposit receipts. A non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 2000 must accompany all submissions. Bidders should refer to KP-PPRA Notification No. SRO(14)/Vol: I-24/2021-22/6058-71 and the latest notification SRO(29)/Vol: 1-40/2025-26/699-711 dated 29 October 2025.
Bid solicitation documents including bidding data, bills of quantity and evaluation criteria are available for download from EPADS at kp.eprocure.gov.pk and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website. For works numbered 1 to 16 under Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure, technical bids will be opened on 22 June 2026 at 1230 hours with financial bid opening date to be announced after technical evaluation. Works 17 and 18 follow Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure with bid opening on the same date. Bidders may seek clarifications through EPADS.
