Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, is inviting bids for the supply of 16 different pneumatic items of Festo make or equivalent under tender reference LP/T-4151/26/NB. This procurement is being conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules. The bidding documents are available from the Purchase Department at the corporation's headquarters on Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi, Federal province. Interested suppliers and vendors are required to obtain the complete bidding documents which comprise technical specifications, schedule of requirements, general and special conditions of contract, and standard forms for bid submission.
Bidders must submit their bids in a single envelope containing all technical and financial documentation as per the prescribed bid data sheet and instructions to bidders. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money as security, and all pages of the bidding documents must be duly signed and stamped by the bidder or their authorized representative. Bidders should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria specified in Section IV of the bidding documents. The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within five days of the Final Evaluation Report being posted on EPADS and PPRA portals.
