Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Govt. College of Technology Mianwali invites bids for the procurement of training material for the Welder Trade under a Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure. This tender is issued for the supply of specialized training materials required for the welder trade program at the college in Mianwali, Punjab. The estimated tender value is PKR 2,864,815, and bidders are required to submit their bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. The scope covers all necessary training materials to support the welder trade curriculum and practical training activities at the institution.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan to participate in this procurement. A bid security of PKR 57,297 in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft is mandatory and must be submitted physically at the college address before the bid opening. All bidders are required to provide their Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates along with their bid submissions. The evaluation will be conducted on an accumulative cost basis using the least cost method to identify the lowest evaluated bidder.

Interested bidders must submit their completed bids online via the EPADS website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 10:00 A.M. on 22 June 2026, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 10:30 A.M.
