Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Daanish School Girls Mankera invites sealed electronic bids for supply and installation of 20 horsepower motors coupled with pumps including boring for water supply to grounds, lawns and plants at the school campus in Mankera, Bhakkar District, Punjab. The estimated project cost is 4.68 million rupees with a completion timeline of four months. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority regulations and is open for engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for fiscal year 2025-26 in relevant categories with active National Tax Number, Sales Tax Registration Number and PRA certificates.
Eligible bidders must maintain active tax filer status and submit earnest money in the form of a crossed demand draft, cheque or pay order at two percent of the estimated cost, equivalent to rupees 93,606 in favor of Punjab Daanish School Girls Mankera. All contractors and engineering firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal. Bids must be complete, signed and stamped; incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late submissions will not be accepted. The school management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bid documents are available for free download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, the EPADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the Daanish School and Center of Excellence Authority website at www.daanishschools.edu.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by 11:00 AM on Saturday, 20th June 2026, with physical bid security documents delivered to the school by 10:00 AM the same day. Bid opening will occur at 11:30 AM on the same day via the EPADS portal in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.
