Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Daanish School (Boys) Mankera invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for the supply and installation of 20 HP motors coupled with pumps, including boring for water supply to grounds, lawns, and plants at the school campus in Mankera, Bhakkar District. The estimated project cost is PKR 4.68 million with a completion period of four months. This tender is advertised under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) E-Tendering System in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended). The project scope includes complete supply, installation, and boring work for the water supply system to support the school's infrastructure and landscaping requirements.
Eligibility criteria require all bidding firms and contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the fiscal year 2025-26 in the relevant category and codes. Participants must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN), and PRA certificates with active tax filer status. The bid security amount is fixed at PKR 93,606, representing two percent of the estimated project cost. Earnest money must be uploaded in the form of a Crossed Demand Draft, Pay Order, or CDR made payable to Punjab Daanish School Boys Mankera.
Bid documents are available for free download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, the EPADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, and the Daanish School and Center of Excellence Authority website at www.daanishschools.edu.pk. All bidders must first register on the Punjab PPRA website. Electronic bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on Saturday, 20th June, with physical bid security documents delivered to the school office by 10:00 AM on the same date. Bid opening will occur at 11:30 AM on 20th June via the EPADS portal. Late, incomplete, unsigned, or unstamped bids will not be considered. The school management reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
