Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for renovation work at the Joyianwala Morr Branch located in Sheikhupura, Punjab. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure conducted in accordance with PPRA rules. The estimated contract value is Rs. 14,335,744 with a project completion timeline of 45 days after issuance of the work order. Bid documents may be obtained free of cost from the PPRA website and E-Pads Portal. The tender reference number is ABEP-2026 and further details are available from the Centralized Procurement Department at the Head Office in Lahore.
Bidders must submit a call deposit of two percent (2%) amounting to Rs. 286,715 in a sealed envelope along with their bids. Eligible contractors must be registered and possess all necessary licenses and qualifications for renovation and construction work. All quoted prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes including GST and Income Tax, quoted in Pakistani Rupees only. Bids submitted without applicable taxes or in foreign currency will be rejected as non-responsive. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date. Bid security may be forfeited if the bidder withdraws during the validity period, fails to accept price corrections, or does not sign the contract within the stipulated timeframe.
Bids must be uploaded and submitted through the E-Pads portal only by 23rd June 2026 at 11:00 AM with the Call Deposit Receipt in PDF format. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Complete tender documents including technical specifications and warranty support details must be submitted in compliance with bidding document requirements. No alternative bids will be considered.
