Description / Scope of Work
Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre (KTDMC), a subsidiary of the Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, invites proposals for the selection of engineering construction services to undertake various rehabilitation works at its facility in Karachi, Sindh. This Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 153/KTDMC/2025-26 seeks qualified contractors to execute multiple rehabilitation and construction projects at the KTDMC premises. The procuring agency is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified organization dedicated to supporting Pakistan's industrial development through tools, dies, and moulds manufacturing capabilities.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and hold relevant engineering and construction licenses from appropriate regulatory bodies. The submission of bid security as per tender requirements is mandatory. Only contractors with demonstrated experience in similar rehabilitation and construction projects will be considered for contract award.
