Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab Head Office Lahore invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for renovation work at The Bank of Punjab Daewoo Road Branch located in Faisalabad, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 12,079,904 with reference number ABEP-2026. The scope includes construction and renovation services for the banking branch building with all technical specifications and warranty period support as detailed in the tender documents. The project must be completed within 45 days of issuance of the work order.
Eligible bidders must submit a call deposit (bid security) of two percent amounting to Rs. 241,598 of the estimated cost in a sealed envelope. Bidders are required to obtain bid documents free of cost from the PPRA website and E-Pads Portal. All bids must comply with PPRA rules following a single stage two envelope procedure with technical details clearly specified. Bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable taxes such as GST and Income Tax, with non-compliant bids being rejected as non-responsive.
Bid documents must be submitted through the E-Pads portal only by 23 June 2026 at 11:00 am with the call deposit delivered to the Head Centralized Procurement office at 1st Floor, BOP Tower, 10-B, Block E/II, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore. Technical bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 am. Bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date.
