Term Contracts for Artificer Works and Periodical Services at POF Gadwal and TA Factory

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF Gadwal) invites applications from experienced firms and contractors for four separate term contracts valued at Rs. 1.00 million each. These contracts cover artificer works including repair, maintenance and minor building works at both the TA Factory and POF Gadwal main facility, as well as periodical services such as whitewashing, distempering and painting at both locations. The approximate costs are calculated based on MES Schedule of Rates 2025 amended to date. All works are located at POF Gadwal in Punjab province. Applicants must submit separate applications for each of the four contract opportunities, with all applications and supporting documentation required to reach the office of the Managing Director, POF Gadwal on or before 23 June 2026.

Eligible parties must demonstrate substantial experience, capability and financial resources. Required qualifications include valid FBR filer status with current NTN and GST registration, Pakistan Engineering Council affiliation or registration certificate, and evidence of income tax, sales tax and professional tax payment. Applicants must provide bank statements for the last two years, details of existing bank guarantees and credit facilities, a comprehensive list of fixed and immovable assets with valuations, equipment and machinery inventory, and qualified staff details. Any history of litigation with MES or government entities must be disclosed. Firms employing specialised subcontractors must provide complete details of subcontractor capability and experience. Failure to provide any of the required documents will result in automatic disqualification.

Applications must include detailed company profile, experience records for both general and specialised projects, current work commitments with outstanding values and completion dates, financial capability statements including five-year asset and liability information, and equipment specifications. Each application must be accompanied by supporting documents as specified in the annexures. The Managing Director, POF Gadwal reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to formal acceptance.
