covering multiple green belt maintenance and beautification projects. The plan encompasses fourteen works contracts with a total allocated budget of 42 million Pakistani Rupees. Projects include maintenance of green belts at Abdullah Haroon Road leading towards Metropole and Shahra-e-Iqbal in Clifton, improvement of roundabouts and triangles in front of Bar B Q Tonight and Ghulam Muhammad Chairman School, plantation works at Shahra-e-Attar Block-04 Clifton, repair and maintenance of green belts at Governor House Gate No-4, enhancement of parks in Blocks 02 and 05, installation of physical appliances at ST-12 Family Park Block-03 Clifton, and maintenance of green belts in front of Trifit Gym and Raja Ghazanfar Ali Road, all located within TMC Saddar jurisdiction.
All procurement works are classified as Works & Service category with individual project costs ranging from 2 to 3 million Pakistani Rupees. The procuring department will conduct procurement through National Competitive Bidding using a single stage one envelope procedure in compliance with SPPRA Rule 15(B). Bidders must possess valid business registration and professional credentials in civil works and landscaping services. Bid security requirements and detailed technical specifications will be outlined in the tender documents to be issued separately.
Bid documents will be obtained from the Parks & Recreation Department, TMC Saddar during official working hours. Bids must be submitted by the advertised closing date in accordance with SPPRA regulations 2010 (amended). Technical and financial bids will be evaluated by the department's evaluation committee.
