Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab Head Office Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for construction and renovation work at The Bank of Punjab Harrapa Branch located in Sahiwal, Punjab. The project is referenced as ABEP-2026 with an estimated cost of Rs. 13,201,351. The bidding process shall follow the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules under a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bidders are required to submit complete technical proposals with all bid items, technical details, and warranty support specifications. The scope encompasses full renovation work with a project completion timeline of 45 days following issuance of the work or purchase order.
Prospective bidders must possess valid contractor credentials and comply with all PPRA regulations. A call deposit (bid security) of two percent amounting to Rs. 264,027 must be submitted in a sealed envelope in favor of The Bank of Punjab. All bid prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and must include all applicable taxes including GST and income tax. Bids quoted without applicable taxes shall be rejected as non-responsive. The bid validity period extends for 90 days from the closing date. Bidders must submit bids through the E-Pads portal only, with the CDR uploaded in PDF format.
Bid documents are available for free download from the PPRA website and E-Pads Portal. Sealed envelopes containing the call deposit must be delivered to the Head of Centralized Procurement, 1st Floor, BOP Tower, 10-B Block E/II, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore, on or before 23 June 2026 by 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am.
