The Bank of Punjab Head Office in Lahore invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for renovation work at the Bank of Punjab Abdul Haq Road Branch located near Expo Center in Lahore, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 11,029,216 with a project completion timeline of 45 days after issuance of the work order. This renovation tender is referenced as ABEP-2026 and follows the PPRA single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. All bid submissions must be uploaded through the E-Pads portal with technical bids to be opened on the closing date.
Bidders must submit a call deposit (bid security) of Rs. 220,584 (two percent of estimated cost) in a sealed envelope to the Head Centralized Procurement office at BOP Tower, Gulberg III, Lahore. Eligible contractors should possess relevant experience in construction and renovation work. All quoted prices must include applicable taxes such as GST and income tax in Pakistani Rupees. Bids submitted without applicable taxes will be considered non-responsive. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date.
Bid documents can be obtained free of cost from the PPRA website and E-Pads Portal. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pads portal by 11:00 am on 23 June 2026, with technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 am the same day.
