Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites electronic bids from pre-qualified and registered firms and manufacturers for the supply of electrical conductors on a free delivery basis to IESCO regional stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajar, and Wah. The tender comprises two items: ACSR Rabbit Conductor (180 kilometers) and AAC Ant Conductor (380 kilometers) to be delivered to storage facilities across the Federal territory. Bidders must be pre-qualified or registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) or Standard & Specification at NTDC Lahore, or with WAPDA, PPMC, DISCOS, and must maintain valid FBR registration for the financial year 2025-26. Valid prototype approval, if applicable, is mandatory at the time of bid opening.
Eligibility requirements include pre-qualification or registration with relevant authorities, valid FBR status, and prototype approval where applicable. Interested bidders must submit sealed bid security or guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee or CDR issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan with a rating of A or above, valid for ninety days, in favour of the Chief Executive Officer IESCO. The bid security amount for tender 237 is PKR 1,018,000 and for tender 238 is PKR 1,512,000. All bids must be for the full quantity; partial bids will not be accepted. Quoted prices must be firm and final on FCS basis without any foreign exchange involvement and inclusive of all applicable taxes, GST, duties, and statutory charges.
Bidders must apply exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS Version 2.0) portal at http://www.epads.gov.pk and upload all mandatory bidding documents. Electronic bids will be received on 22 June 2026 until 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM the same day at the O/O Chief Engineer (Material Management) IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No 40, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
