State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sargodha Zone invites sealed technical and financial quotations for the procurement of printing materials and stationery items under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. This tender covers two lots: Lot 1 for printing materials with estimated annual cost component and Lot 2 for stationery items, with total estimated annual procurement value of Rs. 5,000,000 (Rupees Five Million Only). The procurement is required for supply on an as-and-when-required basis during the validity period 2026-2027 at the Sargodha location in Punjab province.
Eligibility requires bidders to be reputable registered firms, suppliers, or wholesalers registered with the Income Tax Department and also registered on EPADS (Electronic Procurement Awareness System). Only Income Tax and Sales Tax registered active tax payers can participate. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order: Rs. 100,000 for Lot 1 (Printing Materials) and Rs. 50,000 for Lot 2 (Stationery Items). Samples of each offered item must be submitted with the bid or subsequently on demand, failing which the bid may be rejected on technical grounds. All quoted rates must be firm, irrevocable, and inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.
Bid documents are available from the HRA&P Department (Stationery Section), 2nd Floor, State Life Zonal Office, Queen's Road, Sargodha, during office hours except Saturdays and Sundays. Sealed bids must be uploaded on the EPADS website and will be opened on 22nd June 2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Incharge, HRA&P Department. The tender closing date and time for submission of bids is 22nd June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Successful bidders must supply required items within five days of issuance of Supply Order.
