Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) City Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply and delivery of maintenance machinery required for the Fairwinds Golf & Country Club located in DHA City Karachi, Sindh. The tender encompasses various machinery items with specifications and quantities to be detailed in the complete tender documents. Bidders are required to quote all prices in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of delivery charges and all applicable taxes including GST, with offers valid for a minimum of one month from the date of submission.
Bidding is open to qualified suppliers capable of meeting the specified requirements. Interested parties must obtain the detailed bidding documents from the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office by submitting a written application along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 10,000 in the form of a Pay Order made in favour of PDOHA City Karachi. The deadline for obtaining documents is 10 June 2026 at 1600 hours. Bidders must provide complete specifications of the machinery being offered, warranty details and period, and confirm adherence to the given specifications with no alternate options permitted.
Sealed tender documents must be submitted to the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office by 1430 hours on 16 June 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 1500 hours on the same date. The equipment nomenclature or name must be clearly marked on the right corner of the sealed envelope. Payment will be issued by cheque following delivery of items. Bidders are encouraged to submit the lowest possible price. PDOHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under applicable rules and regulations.
