The Cutlery & Small Tools Industries Service Centre (CSTISC) under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids for the repairing of miscellaneous machines along with allied accessories at its facility in Wazirabad. The tender comprises five packages with a combined estimated cost of PKR 4,190,000, covering repair and maintenance of specialized industrial equipment including electric furnaces, die casting machines, arc coating machines, spindle presses, lathe machines, shearing machines, polishing units, and CNC machining centres. Bidders may quote for any one or more packages as per their capacity and expertise. The work must be completed within 90 days of contract award, with a daily penalty of 0.05% of the contract value for delays.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Tax Department for Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax. Bidders are required to submit earnest money (bid security) equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost for each package quoted, in the form of a bank deposit, CDR, or pay order in favor of "TEVTA CSTISC-WZD Non-Salary". All replacement parts must be genuine and new, and defects will be verified by CSTISC Wazirabad before processing. Old or replaced parts become the property of the service centre.
Electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-procurement) by 17 August 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 12:30 PM. The offer validity must extend for 90 days from the bid opening date. Interested bidders are invited to visit CSTISC Wazirabad during office hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday) to inspect the machinery requiring repair before submitting their bids.
