Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Maintenance Division Civil, Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad is inviting tenders for painting and polishing work in the corridors of the 1st and 2nd floors of the Cabinet Block. The NIT amount for this project is Rs. 3,836,765 with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 115,103. The work is to be completed within a contract period of one month. This is a straightforward maintenance and beautification project for a critical government facility in Islamabad, Federal Territory, ensuring that the Cabinet Block remains in optimal condition.
Contractors eligible to participate must demonstrate appropriate experience in similar painting and polishing works and hold valid business registration. The tender documents require submission of two extra copies of bid documents. Earnest money must be deposited in the form of a deposit at call receipt and should be attached with the sealed cover subscribed as tender for the above work and addressed to CDA in Islamabad. The contractor must provide a non-relationship certificate, income tax registration certificate, professional tax certificate, and power of attorney if applicable. Security deposit will be released only with approval of the CDA Chairman or the Officer one step above the tender-accepting authority.
Tenders should be prepared on CDA Form No. CDA/W-6 and submitted in sealed covers with the work name written on the envelope. The tender opening will take place at CDA's office on the scheduled date and time as mentioned in the NIT and Tender Form. Contractors should quote rates in both figures and words.
