Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Civil Division A/SADR, invites bids for providing and fixing of floor tiles in offices of the ESTB Division at the First Floor Cabinet Block IDB in Islamabad, Federal. This civil works project is valued at Rs. 6,153,837 with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 184,615 and a completion period of three months. The scope of work encompasses supply and installation of quality floor tiles meeting specifications in the designated office spaces within the Cabinet Block complex. The project aims to enhance the functionality and appearance of departmental office facilities through professional flooring services.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with appropriate civil works experience and valid credentials. Interested parties are required to submit a bidding security (earnest money) of Rs. 184,615 as per the tender requirements. All bidders must comply with the standard eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents and provide necessary documentation establishing their qualification to execute the work. Preference may be given to bidders with prior experience in similar interior finishing projects.
