Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Institute of Civil Human Resources and Management (SICHN) is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of training programs and related services under the Sindh Public Personnel Administration (SPPA) initiative. This procurement is being conducted under procurement rules 2010 (27 Year, 2010) and subsequent amendments through 2026, with a tender value of Rs. 5000 and an estimated budget allocation of Rs. 11,000 for the complete project. The scope includes training delivery and resource materials in Sindh province, with reference IDs 356 and 354 mentioned for specific training components scheduled for implementation from June 23, 2026 onwards.
Eligible bidders must possess valid business registration, tax clearance certificates, and relevant experience in providing training services to government organizations. Bidders are required to submit bid security as per the procurement regulations. All documentation including audited accounts and compliance certificates must be provided at the time of bid submission. Preference will be given to bidders with prior experience in delivering similar training programs to provincial government departments.
