Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (PIEDMC), a government of Punjab entity established to facilitate industrial growth in the province, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a drain and rehabilitation of an existing road on Asia Poultry Feed Road in Multan Industrial Estate. The project scope encompasses drainage works and complete road rehabilitation along the specified corridor from Gate-2 to Ali Amber Chowk within the Multan Industrial Estate in Punjab. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and hold specialized codes CE01 and CE10 with demonstrated experience of similar construction and rehabilitation works. This tender is advertised under the Pakistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 (amended to date) on a single-stage, two-envelope basis with bidding documents available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, the PIEDMC website at www.pie.com.pk, and the EPAOS Portal.
Bidders must be properly registered and possess the necessary experience credentials (CE01 and CE10 classification) with a track record of executing similar road and drainage projects. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, or FDR for Rs 3,327,856, or an unconditional demand draft in favour of PIEDMC equal to two percent of the estimated cost. The bid security must be attached in PDF format and submitted in the original with the Chief Engineer (Planning and Contracts) office before the submission deadline. Incomplete, unsigned, or unstamped bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders found to be blacklisted by PIEDMC or PPRA, or those providing false or misleading information, will have their bids cancelled and face punitive action.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website, PIEDMC website, and EPAOS Portal at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 29 June 2026 before 3:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 3:30 PM as per PPRA Rules 2014. The response time is calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.
