The Institute of Business Administration Karachi invites quotations for Tennis Court Restoration Works at its Main Campus on University Road, Karachi, Sindh. The scope of work includes provision and installation of safety nets (Chain Link Fence), removal of existing Mild Steel fence structures, epoxy painting on MS frames, and welding repair works on damaged or rusted sections. The detailed Bill of Quantities specifies 2,160 running feet of safety nets, 2,160 kilograms of fence removal, 1,888.2 square feet of epoxy paint application, and one lump sum job for welding repairs. A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 3:30 PM at IBA Student Center Main Campus. General Sales Tax of 8 percent will be applicable on the total contract amount. The place of delivery is the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi.
Bidders are required to quote item-wise rates as detailed in the Bill of Quantities. All materials must be of approved quality meeting IBA specifications. The quotation must be submitted to the Purchase Department on or before 15 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Payment will be made through crossed cheque following receipt of invoice and delivery of works. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons, and may issue Purchase Orders to different bidders for individual items or to a single responsive bidder for all items.

Liquidity damage at 2 percent per month will be imposed on delayed delivery. Stamp duty of 0.35 percent on goods against total Purchase Order value and all applicable government taxes including income tax will be charged as per SRO rates.
