Description / Scope of Work
The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), a government-owned enterprise, invites bids for the operation and maintenance of lifts in its Karachi building located on Abbasi Shaheed Road. This non-consultancy services procurement is being undertaken for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for eligible contract payments. The project encompasses comprehensive lift maintenance and operational services to ensure safe and efficient functioning of all lifts within the NICL Building in Karachi, Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The procurement will follow a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the relevant authority.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and service specifications are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 22 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
