Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites tenders for the maintenance of five lifts installed at its head office building located at 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Punjab. This three-year maintenance contract runs from 2026 to 2029 and covers preventive and corrective maintenance services for all lift systems at the premises. The tender is being issued on a two-envelope, single-stage basis by the Civil Construction Department, 2nd Floor, SNGPL Head Office, Lahore. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with valid registration for the current year. All bidders are required to submit a Pakistan Engineering Council certificate, National Tax Number certificate, Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) registration copy. Bidders must provide evidence of PST registration and maintain at least one reference client currently using ORONA lift maintenance services with a satisfactory performance certificate. The contractor must undertake to provide spare parts for ORONA lifts within 24 hours of requirement and comply fully with SNGPL's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) contractor manual available on www.sngpl.com.pk. The bidder must also demonstrate capacity and commitment to safety standards with compensation provisions for worker injuries, disabilities, and fatalities as specified in the tender documents. Technical proposals will be evaluated independently of financial bids, with only technically qualified bids advancing to financial evaluation.
