Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed electronic bids for the disposal of old, scrap, and off-road condemned vehicles through the E-PADS Version 2.0 e-tendering platform. The tender covers eight vehicle lots including Toyota Pickup (Vehicle No. 957-641, 1986), Daihatsu Jeep (Vehicle No. 331-227, 1985), Isuzu Truck (Vehicle No. 955-900, 1982), Fork Lifter (Vehicle No. 32-221, 1985), Mini Truck (Vehicle No. GA-5346), Daihatsu Jeep (Vehicle No. GP-2034, 1982), Toyota Pickup/Hilux (Vehicle No. 956-145, 1976), and Nissan Pickup (Vehicle No. 958-491), all stored at Regional Store SEPCO Rohri and Larkana in Sindh province. The sale is conducted on an item-wise basis on an as-is-where-is basis under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024.
Bidders must be tax-registered members of the general public or registered companies. Bid security requirements range from Rs. 31,500 to Rs. 350,000 depending on the vehicle lot and must be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee valid for 150 days from the tender opening date, made payable to the Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS v2.0 platform, and bidders not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 should register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The bid validity period is 120 days from the tender opening date, and successful bidders must pay the balance amount within 21 full working days from the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for download through EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The electronic bids submission deadline is 29-06-2026 at 10:30 AM, with bids opening on the same day at 12:45 PM. Vehicles can be inspected at the Regional Store SEPCO Rohri and Larkana during working hours.
