Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) invites competitive sealed bids for multiple procurement tenders covering a wide range of supplies and services essential to petroleum operations and maintenance activities in Sindh. The tender package includes nineteen separate procurement contracts: supply of miscellaneous laboratory items, electrical items, electrical and general hardware items, explosion-proof motors, boiler spares including signal converters and machine bolts, oil filters for fire pump engines, turbo expander spares, pipes and fittings, concrete pavers (tough tiles), condition monitoring services for motors during ATA-2026, instrumentation items such as valves and gauges, jackshaft coupling spares, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro subscriptions, pump spares, miscellaneous valves, regulators and pressure gauges, liquid nitrogen (99.9% pure) in vacuum form, annulus casing packer supplies, and independent assurance services for environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting. The scope encompasses both goods procurement and professional service contracts designed to support PPL's operational and infrastructure development programs across its facilities.
Bidders are required to possess technical capability and financial stability appropriate to the nature and value of their bid items. All bidders must submit bids electronically through PPL's e-procurement portal at https://eprocurement.ppl.com.pk in compliance with tender document requirements and instruction to bidders. Tender documents are available online for download from the portal. Bidders are advised to review the complete tender specifications, technical requirements, and commercial terms before bid preparation. Standard bid security and earnest money deposit requirements apply as detailed in individual tender documents.
Bids closing on 29 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 at 1500 hours will be opened thirty minutes after the respective closing times. The extended deadline for tender PD/D&CE/PT/33232/26 (annulus casing packer for well Kashf X1) is 30 June 2026 at 1500 hours. Bidders who have previously submitted proposals may withdraw and resubmit before the revised deadline.
