Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids for maintenance and inspection of firefighting equipment at its head office, allied company offices hired for head office departments including Shaheen Complex, LDA Plaza, and Pascco Plaza in Lahore, as well as the Executive Transit Mess at Cavalry Ground Lahore. The contract is for a period of three years and will be awarded to a competent civil contractor capable of carrying out complete civil construction works as per specifications and drawings provided in the tender documents. This procurement ensures fire safety compliance across multiple SNGPL office locations in Punjab.
Bidders must possess a valid certificate of registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the current year or a copy of the previous year's registration along with proof of renewal. At least one work order for similar nature of work executed by the bidder must be submitted as part of the technical proposal. An earnest money deposit of 220,000 rupees in hard form must accompany the bid, and a performance bond equal to ten percent of the contract amount, to be issued by any of SNGPL's approved insurance companies, is required within fifteen days of work order issuance.
Tender documents are available from the Incharge (Civil), Civil Construction Department, SNGPL Head Office, 2nd Floor, 21 Kashmir Road Lahore. A tender fee of 2,500 rupees must be submitted against a pay order in favour of SNGPL along with the bid. Contract payment will be made on a monthly basis sixty working days after site verification. Bids will be evaluated using a single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(b), with technical proposals assessed before financial proposals.
