Description / Scope of Work
MAL Pakistan Limited, formerly Mobil Askari Lubricants Limited, invites sealed bids from experienced suppliers and qualified manufacturers or distributors for the supply of pumps to its Lube Oil Blending Plant located at Korangi Creek Industrial Park in Sindh. The project scope includes supply of Positive Displacement (PD) Gear Pumps for the Lube Oil Blending Plant with application in base oil, additives and finished product transfer operations.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have minimum five to ten years of experience in the supply of industrial pumps, preferably within the Oil and Gas or Lubricant industry. All applicants must maintain valid registration with the SRB, FBR and active status on the Taxpayer List. Submission of Income Tax Returns for the last three years along with audited financial statements for the last five years is mandatory for bid qualification.

The deadline for submission of bids is June 20, 2026 before close of business. MAL Pakistan Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
