Description / Scope of Work
National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids from registered contractors and service providers for the procurement of janitorial services at the NTC Directorate Quetta on a rate running contract basis for one year. The services will be provided at the NTC Regional Directorate located on Mir Jaffar Khan Jamali Road in Quetta, Balochistan. The contract encompasses comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services including sweeping, mopping, waste management, and general housekeeping duties as detailed in the Bill of Quantity. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and must demonstrate relevant prior experience in providing janitorial services to corporate or government institutions.
Eligible bidders are required to submit proof of Income Tax and Sales Tax registration along with evidence of previous experience in janitorial service delivery. A tender security or earnest money deposit must be provided as specified in the bidding documents. Technical compliance with the eligibility criteria listed in Annex-C is mandatory. All bid documents must be submitted electronically through EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk with full adherence to the commercial compliance statement provided in Annex-B.
Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 23 June 2026 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted.
