Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids for the construction of boundary walls at nine police stations across various locations in Islamabad. The project is valued at Rs. 131,657,511 with a bid security requirement of Rs. 3,900,000. This procurement follows PPRA Rule 36(a) and is open to firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 or above for the financial year 2025-26. The project aims to enhance security infrastructure for law enforcement facilities across the Federal Capital.
Eligibility is restricted to well-reputed firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-4 or higher. Prospective bidders must demonstrate their financial capacity and technical qualifications as outlined in the bidding documents. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. All scanned copies of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF format, with original documents provided on or before the submission deadline at the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
The electronic bidding documents are available on the E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Bidders must submit their bids online through E-PADS on or before June 11, 2026 at 1130 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 1200 hours at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room 29, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
