Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids for the renewal of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the maintenance of UPS and batteries for a period of one year. This procurement is issued under tender reference LED/045/26 and covers the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for uninterruptible power supply systems and associated battery infrastructure across the organization's facilities in Pakistan. The tender is open to qualified suppliers and contractors capable of delivering high-standard preventive and corrective maintenance services as per the detailed specifications and schedule of requirements outlined in the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers or contractors with valid GST and National Tax Number certificates, professional tax clearance, and relevant business registration documents. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond as security and must comply with all technical specifications and general terms stipulated in the tender enquiry. The bid must include a duly signed Questionnaire/Commercial Terms Sheet and Price Sheet with all taxes and duties clearly indicated. Bidders should note that the company reserves the right to conduct third-party inspections and may adjust quantities by up to fifteen percent or cancel items without assigning reasons.

One original proposal with duplicate copy must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked confidential to the General Manager (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The tender closing date is June 24, 2026 at 14:30 hours, with public opening at 15:00 hours on the same day.
