Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company (Pvt) Ltd (PRIMACO), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Employee's Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) of the Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids through the PPRA/EPADS V2.00 platform for repair and renovation works of Guest Room No. 04 at EOBI Guest House located in Gizri DHA Karachi. This is a single stage, one envelope procurement under the Least Cost Selection method following National Competitive Bidding procedures in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and Regulations. The project scope encompasses complete repair and renovation work for the specified guest room.
Eligible bidders must be registered with SECP or the Registrar of Firms, hold valid Income Tax Registration (NTN) and Service/Sales Tax Registration with the FBR, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) at the time of bid submission, and possess valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above. Bidders are required to submit an original affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs. 100) confirming they are not blacklisted and have no litigation with any government or autonomous body or between partners. The mandatory bid security is a fixed amount of PKR 100,000 (refundable) in the form of a deposit at call, bank draft, or bank guarantee on the standard format provided, submitted in favor of PRIMACO (NTN: 2795350-5).
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), PRIMACO website (www.primaco.com.pk), and EPADS platform (https://epads.gov.pk/) at a tender fee of PKR 2,500 (non-refundable). Electronic bids must be submitted through PPRA/EPADS V2.00 by 24th June 2026 at 14:00 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 14:30 hours. Only bids submitted electronically via EPADS will be considered; manual submissions will be rejected.
