Description / Scope of Work
The Divisional Forest Officer, Kalam Forest Division at Madyan, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic tenders under the Single Stage Single Envelope Method of KPPRA Rules 2014 on the E-PADS platform for reconstruction and major renovation of forest rest houses and inspection huts in Kalam Forest Division. The project comprises five packages with a total estimated cost of approximately 66.956 million rupees based on MRS-2024 1st Bi-Annual rates under an FDF funded initiative. The packages include reconstruction of Barn Forest Rest House, and renovation of Bayun, Matiltan, Utror-I, and Utror-II forest rest houses along with their respective inspection huts and boundary walls. All work must be completed within 90 days from the date of issuance of work order. The project is located in the Kalam area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a region known for its natural beauty and forestry initiatives.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for Sales Tax and Income Tax purposes, and must also hold valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above for the year 2025-26. Bidders are required to submit a 2 percent bid security (CDR) from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kalam Forest Division, Madyan, in a sealed envelope marked with the relevant package number before the closing date. All federal and provincial duties, stamp duty, taxes including KPRA taxes are recoverable as per government directives, and contractors must maintain valid KPRA registration under Rule 37A of KPPRA.
Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) are available for download from the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration with no hard copies issued. E-bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before 25 June 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Bid documents must be stamped and signed by an authorized representative before uploading. Any disfiguring, overwriting, or manipulation of submitted bids shall result in rejection.
