Description / Scope of Work
Town Committee Thana Bula Khan invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors and firms for execution of six development schemes in District Jamshoro, Sindh province. The procurement includes construction of concrete cement paver at streets of multiple muhallas including Jeelani, Sodhani, Memon, Juman Colony, motiani, Soonahara, Ashyamana Park, wanghrni, Kewalani and Khaskheli muhallas; providing and laying of sewerage line at various locations; providing and fixing PE pipe line 8-inch diameter from Kohistan Petrol Pump to Old Water Supply Pumping Station; and sanitation and drains maintenance contract for financial year 2026-27. Total procurement value spans approximately 69.48 million rupees with completion periods of 24 months for construction works and 12 months for maintenance contract.
Eligible bidders must meet mandatory requirements including active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List, mandatory registration with Sindh Revenue Board, Pakistan Engineering Council registration, valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and bank statements for last three years demonstrating financial soundness. Bidders must have minimum five years of relevant experience with at least one similar work costing eighty percent of estimated cost or two similar works each costing minimum fifty percent of estimated cost, turnover of at least four million rupees in last five years, and affidavit confirming no blacklisting or abandoned works. Bid security equivalent to five percent of estimated cost must be submitted in shape of call deposit, pay order or bank draft.
Bidding documents can be obtained or downloaded from E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal with non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 4,000 submitted in favor of Town Committee Thana Bula Khan. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS only with scanned copies of tender fee and bid security, along with original instruments submitted separately in sealed envelopes before bid opening. First attempt submission deadline is June 25, 2026 up to 9:30 AM with opening at 10:00 noon same day, and second attempt submission on July 13, 2026 up to 9:30 AM with opening at 10:00 noon.
