Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Police invites sealed bids from well-established firms and companies for the provision of Digital Driving License Cards and Associated Hardware for Islamabad Traffic Police covering the financial years 2026-27 to 2028-29. This procurement is conducted through the EPACS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform on a request for proposal basis. The scope encompasses the supply, installation, and maintenance of digital driving license card systems and related hardware infrastructure to support the modernization of traffic licensing operations in Islamabad, the capital territory of Pakistan.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) for e-procurement on EPACS and hold active NTN and STRN registrations. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR issued in the name of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, Islamabad. Interested bidders are required to submit their Bid Security scaled copy on EPACS and the original bank draft or CDR to the General Branch, Office of the AIG/Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad before the tender opening date. Only bids received from firms registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPACS will be considered.
Bid documents are available on EPACS at no cost. Interested bidders must submit their Original Bids and Proposals online through EPACS at https://eprocure.gov.pk before the closing date of 28th June 2026 at 1100 Hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
