Description / Scope of Work
The Office (HQ) District Upper Chitral invites competitive bids through the EPADS portal from registered government contractors for a comprehensive package of construction and repair works under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI) 2025-29, reference No.281278. The scope encompasses 47 distinct work items valued between 10,000 and 50,000 Pakistani Rupees each, located across Upper Chitral district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Work items include construction of wash rooms, repair of MHP networks, construction of community school trenches, provision of pipes and related infrastructure, repair of link roads, irrigation channels and systems, and solar installation projects throughout the district. The total estimated cost and bid security requirements are specified for each work item, with severity grades ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 based on project complexity and technical requirements.
Bidders must be registered with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and possess valid PEC licenses appropriate to the work category. Bid security must be submitted as per the Centralized Recruitment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. All bidders are required to comply with single stage envelope procedures and must meet the eligibility criteria established for ASDI projects. Preference will be given to bidders with demonstrated experience in similar construction and repair work in the district.
Bid documents are available through the EPADS portal and can be downloaded by registered contractors. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS no later than 29-June-2026 at 12:00 pm, with technical opening scheduled for 29-June-2026 at 12:30 pm.
