Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat invites competitive bids through E-PADS for the installation of solar based and electric based pressure pumps in Tehsil Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under ADP No 136/220379 for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is for construction and rehabilitation of water supply and sanitation schemes in Tehsil Lakki, Ghazni Khel, and Naurang District of Lakki Marwat. The estimated cost of the project is PKR 36.512 Million with a bid security requirement of 0.772 Million. The work is being offered as a single package on the basis of Single Stage Two Envelope procurement method in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014.
Bidders must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and maintain active status with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders are required to submit 2 percent bid security as Cumulative Discount Rate (CDR) and additional security as per KPPRA Notification No S.R.O.(14)/M-10-1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022. Bids quoting rates more than 20 percent below the estimated cost must be accompanied by detailed rates analysis and required additional security, otherwise they will be declared non-responsive.
Bidding documents including instructions to bidders can be downloaded from the E-PADS website at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The last date for submission of sealed bids is 29-06-2026 at 12:00 Noon, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives at the XEN Office Lakki Marwat. Pre-bid will be conducted on 25-06-2026 at 11:00 AM at XEN Office Lakki Marwat.
