Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division DIKhan invites electronic bids from eligible Government registered contractors for annual repair and maintenance of AOM&R (civil works) for Water Supply Scheme during 2026-27 in the PHE Division DIKhan, KPK. Four separate work packages are being procured: Tehsil DIKhan with an estimated cost of Rs 3.500 million, Tehsil Kulachi with Rs 3.500 million, Tehsil Paharpur with Rs 3.500 million, and Tehsil Darazinda with Rs 2.00 million. All works fall under the civil works sub-head and are essential for maintaining water supply infrastructure across the region.
Bidders must be Government registered contractors with valid CNIC, PEC Registration Certificate bearing code CE09, Renewal Receipt, Enlistment Certificate, and Active Taxpayer Certificate from FBR and KPRA. Contractors must demonstrate company profile and relevant past experience in similar projects, which is vital for evaluating the complex nature of these works. Each financial bid must include call deposit as per KPPRA rules, and bid security shall be provided at the rate specified in the tender documents. Rate analysis must be submitted at the time of bid submission with quoted rates sealed separately.
Bid solicitation documents can be obtained from the undersigned office or through the EPADS system on any working day before the closing date of 29 June 2026 at 12:00 Noon. Bidders must submit financial bids before the closing deadline and upload all documents on the EPADS website. Bids must be sent through courier to the undersigned office before the closing time. Call deposits will be retained until tender approval by the competent authority. All other terms and conditions shall be governed by KPPRA rules, PEC, SBDs, and relevant government laws. Government taxes apply at prevailing rates.
