Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat invites competitive bids through the E-PADs electronic procurement system for the solarization of Drinking Water Supply Scheme serving Kotka, Azad Khan, Muhammad Khan, Korona, Wanda, and Laghman areas in Lakki Marwat district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The project is funded under the District Development Plan with an estimated cost of 3.065 million Pakistani rupees and a bid security requirement of 0.066 million rupees inclusive of stamp duty. This is a single-stage two-envelope tender process for eligible government contractors registered with relevant authorities.
Bidders must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active status. Contractors quoting rates must submit 2 percent bid security as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with additional security as notified by KPPRA. Bids quoted more than 20 percent below estimated cost must be accompanied by detailed rate analysis and required additional security; failure to comply will render bids non-responsive and forfeit securities to the provincial government.
Bidding documents are available for download from www.eprocure.gov.pk. Sealed bids must be submitted by 29 June 2026 at 12:00 noon, with technical bids opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
