Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Building Division District Mohmand under the Communication and Works Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the EPAD system from eligible firms and bidders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the up gradation of primary schools to middle level. The project encompasses three separate works: up gradation of GGPS Shaheed Banda Malik Taj Mir Pandiali to middle level, up gradation of GPS Shaheed Banda Pandiali to middle level, and up gradation of GPS Daryab Kor Tehsil Pandiali to middle level, all located in District Mohmand. The estimated cost for the combined works is Rs 1,783,000 with a tender fee of Rs 26,500. This single stage two envelope procurement follows KPPRA Rules 2014 and is conducted via EPAD system for transparent competitive bidding.
Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and hold valid Category C-4 and above PEC/C&W Enlistment. Bidders are required to submit call deposit receipts for bid security from scheduled banks, pay a non-refundable bid entry fee of 0.03 percent of the estimated cost, and provide proof of machinery ownership through purchase documents. Participation contractors must furnish updated FBR Active Status, KPRA Active Status, PEC License, and C&W Enlistment copies for the current financial year. Financial soundness must be supported by annual audit reports and tax certificates for the current year. An affidavit on stamp paper affirming the authenticity of documents must accompany the technical proposal.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPAD website, C&W website at www.cwd.gkp.pk, KPPRA website at www.kppra.gov.pk, and EPMIS website. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22 June 2026 at 11:30 AM at the C&W Building Division office in Ghallanai, Mohmand. The closing date for bid submission is 29 June 2026 at 12:30 PM, with financial bid opening scheduled after technical evaluation approval. Bid validity is 90 days from submission. Electronic bids will be displayed through E-bidding after 30 minutes of closing time. The venue for bids opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Mohmand at Ghallanai. Bidders must submit requisite documentation including completion certificates, technical staff particulars with PEC registration, and machinery details to be considered responsive.
