Islamabad Capital Territory Police invites sealed bids for the hiring of containers, cranes, fork lifts and public service carriage vehicles during the financial years 2026-27 to 2027-28. This tender notice number 03 is issued by the Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics under the Government of Pakistan. The procurement covers a range of material handling and transportation equipment required for police operations in Islamabad. Interested vendors and firms are invited to participate in this procurement process through the e-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal.
Only registered firms and vendors possessing active NTN and STRN registrations with the Pakistan Public Procurement Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on EPADS are eligible to submit bids. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR payable to the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, Islamabad as stipulated in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit a scanned copy of the Bid Security on EPADS and the original bank draft CDR to the General Branch office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics at Sector H-11, Islamabad prior to tender opening. The Islamabad Police reserves the right to decrease or increase the quantity of any items according to budget requirements.
Interested bidders must submit their bids and proposals online through EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk and original bids must be submitted at the General Branch office of the AIG/Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad on or before 1100 hours on 26 June 2026 (Friday). Bidding documents are available free of cost on the EPADS system. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders and their representatives at Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
