Description / Scope of Work
The Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing is inviting quotations from reputable Chinese travel agencies, tour operators and companies for arranging comprehensive travel and accommodation services for an official delegation comprising six dignitaries from Pakistan visiting China during the last week of June 2026. The scope of services includes round-trip air tickets on the Islamabad-Beijing-Islamabad route for six persons, four nights accommodation in Beijing for six persons, two nights accommodation in Shanghai for six persons, high-speed train tickets on the Beijing-Shanghai-Beijing route for six persons, and complete local transportation arrangements in both Beijing and Shanghai including airport transfers, railway station transfers, hotel transfers and transportation for official engagements. This is a federal level tender issued by the Embassy of Pakistan located at No. 1, Dongzhimenwai Dajie, Sanlitun, Chaoyang District, Beijing with reference number Pol-12/4/2026.
Eligible bidders must be registered local Chinese travel agencies, firms or companies with valid registration documents issued by relevant local authorities and the tax department of the People's Republic of China. All financial proposals must clearly specify the airlines, hotel names, train travel class, full transportation arrangements and all applicable charges including taxes and service charges. Bidders are required to ensure delivery of quality services and timely confirmation of all bookings. Bids must include a minimum of two hotel options covering the specified accommodation requirements in both Beijing and Shanghai, and all bids must be comprehensive in their local transportation arrangements.
Tender documents are available from 09 June 2026 onwards between 0900 hours and 1500 hours from the Office of the Head of Chancery at the Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing, Post Code 100600. Bids must be submitted by 24 June 2026 latest by 1200 hours and will be opened on the same date at 1300 hours at Jinnah Hall, Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing. The Embassy reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids either in full or in part without assigning any reason.
