Description / Scope of Work
The Relief, Rehabilitation & Settlement Department and Director General of the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding for the provision of transportation services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The contract shall be for a period of one year, extendable for another year, commencing from the signing of the contract with the successful bidder. The services include dispatch of various goods and logistic support for relief operations on a need basis in the event of any disaster or emergency situation in the province. Eligible applicants include transport companies, goods carriers, and logistic suppliers meeting the mandatory eligibility criteria detailed in the bid solicitation documents.
Bidders must fulfill all conditions outlined in the Invitation for Bids and Bidding Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rupees Eight Hundred Thousand (Rs.800,000) per Category or Lot in the shape of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Additional Secretary (Chairman) Procurement of the RR&S Department. Bidders are required to offer the most competitive lowest rates inclusive of all taxes, and negotiations on quoted rates are not permitted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders may apply to a single category or lot, or to the whole as per their discretion and expertise.
Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from the official websites of EPADS (www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk), KPPRA (www.kppra.gov.pk), PDMA (www.pdma.gov.pk), and the Relief Department (https://reliefdepartment.kp.gov.pk/). A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 18th June, 2026 at 1200 Hours in the conference room of the RR&S Department. Sealed bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 29th June, 2026 at 1500 Hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1530 Hours at the RR&S Department premises in Peshawar. Prospective bidders requiring clarifications should contact the Procuring Entity at the address indicated in the Bidding Data. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules 2014.
