Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the Office of the Architect Engineer in the Communications and Works Department, invites tender proposals for consultancy services related to civil works projects. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified firms and consultants to engage in providing comprehensive technical and administrative support to the procurement and execution of various infrastructure development initiatives across the province. The total cost estimate for the proposed services is approximately Rs 40.90 million, with the project scope encompassing feasibility studies, detailed design, and construction supervision services. The work will be executed under provincial ADP in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant professional bodies and possess valid licenses to operate as consultants in Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit a comprehensive Technical Proposal demonstrating their experience in similar assignments, qualifications of key personnel, and proposed methodology. A firm / joint venture will be selected for the services under quality cum cost basis methodology. Selection criteria include the request for proposals (RFP) documents which detail the prescribed procedure and evaluation framework.
Bid documents are available from the office of the Architect Engineer, C&W Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Interested consultants must obtain the complete tender documents before submitting bids. The deadline for submission of proposals is July 2026, with bids to be evaluated according to the quality cum cost basis procedure as defined in the RFP documents. Bid submissions must include all required supporting documentation and technical references.
