Electrical Welding Materials and Anti-Rust Paint Supply by NGCP

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites sealed bids for the procurement of material required for Tender No. CE-AM-NGC-MN-06-2025-26. The scope of supply includes electrical welding of tower nut bolts and application of anti-rust paint up to 68 meters on 500kV quantity required for the Multan-Muzaffargarh-II transmission line located in Punjab Province. The procurement is being conducted through NGCP's own resources to support critical infrastructure development in the region.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must appear on the Active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are also required to be registered with PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council). Bid security of 600,000 Pakistani Rupees is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of a deposit at call or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Chief Engineer WAPDA NTDC. The bid security shall remain valid for a period up to twenty-eight days beyond the bid validity date.

Sealed bids must be submitted through EPADOS on or before 30 June 2025 at 13:00 hours, though bid security must be submitted in original form before bid closing deadline. Technical bids will be opened at 13:30 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. NGCP reserves its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
