Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on a single stage single envelope basis for the improvement and rehabilitation of Markaz G-6 and Apbara Market in Sector F-6, Markaz, Islamabad. The project is valued at Rs 4,130,115.00 with earnest money of Rs 124,000.00 representing three percent of the estimated cost. This procurement is open to firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with valid registration and relevant code slineries, who can demonstrate their eligibility and qualification as detailed in the bidding documents. The scope encompasses detailed improvements and rehabilitation works as specified in the tender documentation.
Prospective bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council at Category C-6 or higher and possess bidding data proving their qualification. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of the Deputy Director Works Division-II, CDA. Bidders are required to upload a scanned copy of the bid security on E-PADS in PDF format, with the original document to be submitted within thirty days of bid submission at the office of the Director Works, CDA.
Electronic bidding documents are available to registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.opra.org.pk. Prospective bidders must submit their bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk on or before June 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM; manual bids will not be entertained. Electronic bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 hours at the office of Director Works CDA, Room no. 21, Block-6, old naval headquarters, G-6 Markaz Islamabad, in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized bidder representatives.
